Lovely house with a private pool in the quiet area of Aiguaviva Park, 9km from the beaches and the center of Lloret de Mar. The house is distributed over two floors.
On the main floor, you will find the living-dining room with access to a lovely terrace perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners, a large fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer), a full bathroom with a bathtub, and two double bedrooms (1 double bed in each).
On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with a pull-out bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and an open area with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2 people), as well as a closed terrace where you can enjoy beautiful mountain views.
In the outdoor area, there is a private pool (7x4), a terrace with garden furniture (chill-out style sofas), a closed barbecue area with a table and chairs for eating and dining, and a refrigerator.
WIFI connection is included in the price.
Pets are allowed upon prior request and with a supplement.

Zwembad was top! Alles was schoon en aan alle voorzieningen was gedacht. Zelfs knijpers voor de was ruim opgezet, leuke dingen voor de kinderen in het huis. Enorm gewaardeerd. Keuken was top qua faciliteiten en ruimte. En alle zithoekjes buiten zijn zo leuk!
1 2 persoonsbed mocht wat harder qua matras ( persoonlijke voorkeur ) Zit 20 km rijden bij lloret vandaan. Met sleutel wegbrengen is dit extra reistijd. Een sleutelkastje zou fijn zijn om extra reistijd naar nl te voorkomen .

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Der private Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder, und wir haben es sehr genossen, unsere Mahlzeiten auf der sonnigen Terrasse einzunehmen.
