Beautiful house with private swimming pool in the quiet area of Aiguaviva Park, 9km from the beaches and the centre of Lloret de Mar. The house is distributed in two floors.



On the main floor we find the living-dining room with access to a nice terrace where to enjoy meals and dinners, a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer), a complete bathroom with bathtub and two double bedrooms (1 double bed in each of them).



On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with shower and an open area with a trundle bed (can sleep 2 people), as well as an enclosed terrace from where you can contemplate the beautiful mountain views.



In the outdoor area there is a private swimming pool (7x4), a terrace with garden furniture (chill-out style sofas), an enclosed barbecue area with table and chairs for lunch and dinner, and a fridge. WIFI connection included in the price. Pets on request and with supplement. Outdoor parking area.



Only families are allowed in this house. Young people under 35 years of age are not allowed to book.
