Outside area of 800 m2 plot with private garden and swimming pool (7 x 3.5m) with beautiful mountain views, covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in front of the swimming pool, barbecue area and parking for one car.

Indoor area of 100 m2 distributed on one floor with living-dining room with tv, satellite, dvd, fireplace and direct access to the garden and private pool. Kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven and fridge), 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (2 beds (90 x 180) and 2 beds (80 x 180)), 1 single bedroom (80 x 190), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava with crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
