House of 150 m2 with swimming pool and parking, very close to the beach of Llafranc.
The house belongs to a complex of houses, with communal swimming pool and a pine forest where you can enjoy peace and quiet.
The house is distributed in 3 floors, with many interior stairs, and has a capacity for 6-7 people. Free WIFI and parking.
On the ground floor we have the main entrance to the house, with a small living room with sofas and access to the garden area and communal pool.
On the next level is the kitchen (fully equipped and refurbished) with gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher and TV. Laundry room.
On the next level there are 2 double bedrooms with bunk beds in each (90x190cm) and a bathroom with shower.
On the next level we find the double bedroom with double bed (150x190cm) en suite (bathroom with bathtub) and the living room (TV) with access to the furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts in the sun.
Pets accepted only on request and with supplement.
Ideal for families, no bookings are allowed for young people under 35 years.

Emplacement, balcon.
Appartement vieillot, pas assez d'éclairage. Un simple lampadaire dans salon qui ne fonctionne pas.
Salle de bain, cuisine, salon à rafraîchir.
Parking très encombré tout le séjour (dernière semaine d'août)

Wohnung in guter Lage mit Balkon, 10 Minuten vom Strand, es gibt einen schönen Fussweg der Llafranc mit Calella de Palafrugell verbindet. Die Wohnung, in der wir wohnten ist gut und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Auch nachts war es sehr ruhig.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind knapp und es fehlen Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Eierbecher, ein Badläufer oder für einen längeren Aufenthalt eine Waschmaschine.
