Beautiful house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, only 1 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people distributed over 2 floors. Outdoor area of 950 m2 with a private pool (8 x 3.5m), spacious terraces, and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun with mountain views.
Garage for 3 cars. Indoor area of 170 m2 with a living-dining room (TV, fireplace) with direct access to the terrace, an open-plan kitchen to the living room (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, and fridge-freezer), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x200cm + 1 of 140x200cm), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm), 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Young people not accepted. This property is for families only.
Reservations by individuals under 35 years of age are not permitted. - Pets upon request with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit will be paid in cash and returned one week later via bank transfer. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline water.
Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, and activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking are available.

Schoon zwembad, heerlijke tuin/terras.
Tuin en zwembad wordt netjes bijgehouden.
Uiteindelijk is het internet na een paar telefoontjes en mails verholpen.( kabel onder de weg was gebroken)
Douchekoppen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.
Kastdeurtjes in de kamer vallen er bijna uit.
En horren zouden ook wel prettig zijn. Veel last van hele kleine mugjes.
Lakens en handdoeken moet je nog extra voor betalen.

We arrived late when their offices were closed, but hosts contacted us and we arranged for where to pick up keys. Very nice villa, brilliant outside space with good size swimming pool.Very good location. It is on a hill though but literally 10-15 minutes walk from a very beautiful beach.
You need a car to get to the nearest town for food shopping. However there 2 really good restaurants by the beach with 10-15 minutes walk.
