Beautiful house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1 km from the lovely Canyelles beach, 4 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people spread over 2 floors.
Outdoor area of 950 m2 with a private pool (8 x 3.5m), spacious terraces, and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun with mountain views.
Garage for 3 cars.
Indoor area of 170 m2 with a living-dining room (TV, fireplace) with direct access to the terrace, open-plan kitchen to the living room (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, and fridge-freezer), 3 double bedrooms (2 with 160x200cm beds + 1 with 140x200cm bed), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm), 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
Young people are not accepted.
This property is only for families.
Bookings for guests under 35 years of age are not permitted. Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of €35 per week per pet.
The security deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, notable for its clear, crystal-clear water.
Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, and activities such as pedalo boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking are available.
You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas at the beachside restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Conditions for Groups: For group bookings, a deposit of €150 per person in cash must be paid to the agency.
This deposit will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Celebrations and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these rules, the guest will have to leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

Accomodatie prima, internet een week zonder gezeten.

Schoon zwembad, heerlijke tuin/terras.
Tuin en zwembad wordt netjes bijgehouden.
Uiteindelijk is het internet na een paar telefoontjes en mails verholpen.( kabel onder de weg was gebroken)
Douchekoppen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.
Kastdeurtjes in de kamer vallen er bijna uit.
En horren zouden ook wel prettig zijn. Veel last van hele kleine mugjes.
Lakens en handdoeken moet je nog extra voor betalen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Villa! Der private Pool war perfekt für die Kinder, und wir haben den Außenbereich mit Grill sehr genossen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang.
