Beautiful modern house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1.5 km from the center and the beach of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people. Outdoor area with private pool, a covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches by the pool with mountain views, a toilet, and a built-in barbecue.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living room (satellite TV), an open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double suite bedroom (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), and 1 bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor, you will find another living room with a TV, a separate kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with a dining area and access to the outdoor area, 1 suite bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm), and 1 bathroom with a shower. Optional air conditioning and heating with a supplement: €150/week. - Pets upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit will be paid in cash and returned one week later by bank transfer. Reservations for young groups are accepted only upon prior request. Special regulations and deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.

Villa was nog beter dan verwacht! We hebben een topverblijf gehad. Na 15-20 minuten lopen waren we op de strip en dit was prima. Het huis was lekker ruim dus goed voor 8 personen.
