Semi-detached house located in a quiet residential complex only 100 m from the beautiful beach of Pals, one of the most beautiful of the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area with communal swimming pool and gardens and children's playground.
Maximum capacity 6 people.
It is distributed in two floors: On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 suite with bathtub, double bed 150x190cm and balcony and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x190cm each), 1 additional bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Pets accepted only on request and with supplement.
House for families only. Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not allowed.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten sehr erleichterte. Die Terrasse war ein toller Ort für ein Frühstück in der Sonne.

Our stay at Mas Pinell 44 was simply delightful! The villa is beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home, The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, just a short walk away, We enjoyed our evenings on the terrace, soaking in the peaceful surroundings, Highly recommend for families looking to unwind!

Das Haus ist charmant und gemütlich. Wir haben die saubere Umgebung und die freundliche Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt. Die Nähe zum Strand machte unsere Morgenstunden angenehm. Der Garten war ein schönes Extra und perfekt für unsere Kinder zum Spielen.
