Beautiful house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1 km from the lovely and tranquil Canyelles beach, 4 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people. The outdoor area of 950 m2 features a private pool (8 x 4m), spacious terraces, and a barbecue area (portable) where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches in the sun with mountain views.
Garage for 3 cars. The 170 m2 indoor area includes a living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace, an open-plan kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, and fridge-freezer), 3 double bedrooms (2 with 160x200cm beds + 1 with a 135x200cm bed), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190cm), 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Young people not accepted. This property is exclusively for families.
Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not permitted. - Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit will be in cash and returned one week later via bank transfer. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline waters.
You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as enjoy activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.

Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Conditions for Groups - For group bookings, a deposit of €150 per person must be paid in cash at the agency.
This deposit will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as is making noise after 9:00 PM. In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Lovely, light and spacious house with large bedrooms and lots of clothes storage. Great, clean pool and terrace. Only a few houses nearby and lovely views over the valley to the sea. Canyelles is a beautiful area to stay. Everything went well - a few minor fixtures and fittings issues which were sorted immediately. No international/English language channels on TV.
