Beautiful house with private swimming pool located in a residential area just 2,5 km from the beautiful and quiet beach of Canyelles, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 550 m2 with garden and private swimming pool, barbecue, a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun and parking space.

Interior area of 120 m2 with living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, fridge), 2 bedrooms with double bed (one of them with access to the balcony), 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 complete bathrooms.

Youths accepted on request. The house is located near a campsite.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches



Rules and special deposit for young people

A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat is required. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
