Indoor area of 120 m2 with a living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator), 2 bedrooms with double beds (one with balcony access), 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Young people accepted upon request.
The house is located near a campsite. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava known for its clear, crystalline water.
You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as enjoy activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.
You can also savor typical Mediterranean food like fish and paellas at the beachside restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming, walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Regulations and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for the house and €75/person for the apartment must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.

Casa grande, bonita, jardín y zona piscina genial, parking, en general muy acogedora.. el sueño de muchas familias, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia, tanto en diversión como descanso. Puedes ver entre los árboles el mar, muy bonita vista.

Mooi gelegen knus huis en schoon eigen zwembad, 1 keer per week kwam men dit onderhouden en zelf was ik lekker dagelijks bezig om de bladeren en vliegende herten uit het water te vissen.
Wifi was slecht en tv zenders waren nagenoeg alleen maar Duits, ik wist niet dat er zoveel Duitse zenders waren. Paar honderd zenders 🙈 en meer iets van luxe een airco, als je les dicht hield overdag dan bleef het koel maar zodra je dit vergatvwaschet toch wel warm. Maar het huis zelf maakte alles weer goed.
