Simple house located in a quiet residential area only 7 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. At the back there is a small studio for the person who takes care of the garden where he is occasionally.
Interior area of 130 m2 divided in 2 floors: on the main floor we find the living-dining room (fireplace, TV) with exit to the terrace, independent kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.
Young people are not allowed.
This property is for families only. Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not accepted.
