Simple house located in a very quiet residential area just 7 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. An ideal house for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area of 500 m2 with a private garden, porch, barbecue, and terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches in the sun. At the back, there is a small studio for the gardener, which is occasionally occupied.
Indoor area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the main floor, we find the living-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, separate kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine), 1 double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor, we find 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Young people are not accepted. This property is only for families.
Reservations by young people under 35 years old are not allowed. - Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit will be paid in cash and returned one week later via bank transfer. - A bus stop to go to the center of Lloret is located in front of the house. Conditions for groups - For group bookings, a deposit of €150 per person in cash must be paid at the agency.
This will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Parties and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these rules, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.
