House with private pool and spectacular sea views located in a privileged area next to the cliff of Cala Canyelles (there are stairs that access directly to the cliff from the house).



The house is distributed over 3 floors with 7,000 m2 of plot and 400 m2 built, all surrounded by terraces with unbeatable sea views.



Outdoor area with a large private pool (12x6m) with panoramic sea views. Barbecue and multiple terraces where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in the sun.

It has 5 double bedrooms (two of them en suite and one has its own living room), and 3 more bathrooms.


Outside the house between the two swimming pools there is an optional additional suite room (not included in the price: 100 € / day) with sea view that includes a bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom.



Indoor swimming pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people. The water in the indoor pool is at room temperature, in case you want hot water (low season) there is a supplement of 150€ / night with a minimum of 5 nights and you will have to notify 2 days in advance.

This house is located in a very quiet residential area in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava!




Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants.



Rules and special deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
