Beautiful and modern house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 2.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation or a holiday with friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people.
The outdoor area features a private pool (7 x 6m), a terrace with impressive sea and mountain views, and a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals.
The interior boasts a modern living-dining room with a TV and magnificent sea views, an open-plan kitchen to the living room equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, and oven.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Young groups are not accepted.
Pets are accepted upon request with a supplement of €35/week/pet.
The security deposit must be paid in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer.
Air conditioning is optional and available for an additional charge: €150/week.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline waters.
You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as enjoy activities like pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.
You can also savor typical Mediterranean cuisine such as fish and paellas at the beachside restaurants.
Special regulations and deposit for young groups: A cash security deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be refunded one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Parties are strictly forbidden, as is making noise after 10:00 PM.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.
Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

Het gehele administratieve proces vonden wij een aanfluiting. Geen bevestiging ontvangen, geen informatie over de sleutel overdracht. Vage email over jezelf inchecken. Gaf helemaal geen vertrouwd gevoel. Geen beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig. Het huis zelf was prima. Maar wij boeken nooit meer via deze organisatie.
Mooie villa met voldoende ruimte voor 7 personen.

Met uitzondering van de aanpalende (luidruchtige) Camping is de ligging en uitzicht zeer goed.
- Gelukkig waren wij buiten het seizoen in villa Santi, enkel in het weekend was er geluidsoverlast van de aanpalende Camping en dit zowel overdag als na 22:00.
- Geen Smart TV aanwezig.
- plaatspositie van de vaatwasmachine is zeer onhandig (onder bartafel)
- weinig poetsgerief aanwezig
- Een starterspakket bij aankomst (wc papier, koffie en koffiefilters, detergent,…) zou aangenaam zijn.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Gut ausgestattet. Küche sehr sauber. Man kann die Ruhe genießen, ist aber in paar Minuten in der Stadt.
Bei Schwierigkeiten/ Probleme kann man gut Kontakt aufnehmen, Handwerker war schnell da.
Haus ist mit Alarm gesichert.
War ein toller Urlaub:)
