Beautiful and modern house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area only 2,5 km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a holiday or with friends and family on the Costa Brava!

The outdoor area with private swimming pool (7 x 6m), terrace with stunning sea and mountain views and a barbecue where you can enjoy breakfast and meals.

Interior area with a modern living-dining room with TV with magnificent sea views, kitchen open to the living room with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants.



Rules and special deposit for young people

A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
