Large and charming house with a garden and private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 800 m2 with a spacious garden and a large private pool (12x4m), where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool with sea views.
Garage for 2 cars. Indoor area of 400 m2 with a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace, TV, and direct access to the pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, such as: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (180x200cm and 150x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm); 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (90x190cm), 1 single bedroom (90x190cm), and 3 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not permitted. This property is for families only.
Reservations by young people under 35 years of age are not accepted. Conditions for groups - In the case of group reservations, a deposit of 150 euros per person in cash must be paid at the agency, which will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Parties are strictly forbidden, as is making noise after 9:00 PM.
In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any refund. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our Lloret office: Av.
Vila de Tossa, nº 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona). Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults), which is mandatory by the Catalan Government.

Was für ein fantastischer Familienurlaub! Der große Garten der Villa und der private Pool haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir haben jeden Nachmittag auf den Liegen am Pool die Sonne genossen.
Sehr schönes in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.

Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, was das Kochen zum Kinderspiel machte. Wir nutzten Mikrowelle und Backofen häufig, und der Kühlschrank bot ausreichend Platz für all unsere Lebensmittel.
