Simple and cosy villa located in a privileged area just 1 km from the beautiful and quiet cove of Aigua Xelida in Tamariu, one of the most beautiful of the Costa Brava.
Ideal to enjoy a family holiday.
Outdoor area with private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.6m), garden and garage (5x3m).
Cosy and spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
It has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm) and terrace overlooking the pool and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each of 90x200cm, 2 bathrooms one with bathtub and the other with shower.
Pets not allowed.
No bookings are allowed for young people under 35 years of age.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels.
- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival
- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair

Me encantó el diseño de este lugar, Tres habitaciones eran perfectas para nuestro grupo, y la cocina se sentía como en casa, Super limpia y espaciosa, además el jardín era un buen detalle para el café de la mañana, También cerca de restaurantes y tiendas
