Simple and cozy villa located in a prime area just 1 km from the beautiful and tranquil cove of Aigua Xelida in Tamariu, one of the prettiest on the Costa Brava! Ideal for enjoying a family vacation! Outdoor area with a private pool (7.5 x 3.6m), garden, and garage (5x3m).
Cozy and spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking: cutlery, pans, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher.
It has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) and a terrace with pool views, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90x200cm), 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Pets not allowed.
Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not accepted. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost is 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels. - Wi-Fi is not included.
Cost is 7 euros per day to be paid upon arrival. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub in dieser Villa! Der private Pool war ein Hit bei den Kindern, und wir haben es genossen, auf der Terrasse in der Sonne zu entspannen.

Diese Villa hat einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre! Der private Pool ist perfekt für entspannte Tage und Instagram-Fotos. Super gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Mädelsurlaub braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand (1 km) ist ein absolutes Plus! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich war vom Design dieser Unterkunft begeistert. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe, und die Küche fühlte sich richtig gemütlich an – super sauber und geräumig. Der Garten war zudem ideal für den Morgenkaffee. Restaurants und Geschäfte waren außerdem in unmittelbarer Nähe.
