Villa Cora is a charming 3-bedroom property built over 2 floors, located in a very quiet area just 3.5 km from the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles and 7 km from the center of Tossa de Mar, one of the most popular spots on the Costa Brava! Ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava with the family, it includes everything you need to feel at home! It can accommodate up to 8 guests in a living area of 180 sqm and a plot of 850 sqm.

There is also a large covered terrace where you can have breakfast by the pool enjoying the beautiful sea views, a barbecue, and parking for 1-2 cars. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x180cm), a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking: cutlery, pots, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, and oven, a suite with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), and another bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, we find a large living room with a TV and access to the terrace, another kitchen, a suite with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower.
There is also a folding bed (90 x 190 cm) for 1 person. Wifi is included.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning is optional at an additional cost: €150/week.
We do not allow young groups or parties in this unit.
This property is only rented to families.
Reservations by individuals under 35 years of age are not permitted. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost €8/person/sheets and €8/person/towels. - Cot and high chair: €5/day/cot, €5/day/high chair. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful stretch of the Costa Brava coast with 500m of characteristic coarse white sand beaches.
Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for rent, as well as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.
You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish, and paellas at the restaurant located on the beach.
Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and some lovely beaches. Conditions for groups: In the case of group bookings, a cash deposit of €150/person must be paid to the agency, which will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Holding parties and making noise after 9:00 PM is strictly forbidden.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and check-out: Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.
Vila de Tossa, nº 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona). Tourist tax: Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (€7/adults), which is mandatory by the Catalan Government.

Quelques petits soucis:-aboiement des chiens la nuit (impossible de dormir un nuit)-jacuzzi de la piscine ne fonctionne pas-douche de la chambre parentale impossible à faire fonctionner-flexible de douche dans une salle de bain supérieure usé- télécommandes des climatisations absentes-sèche linge ne fonctionne pas

Was für eine fantastische Villa! Der private Infinity-Pool war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts und der Meerblick einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben stundenlang am Pool entspannt und Familienmahlzeiten auf der Terrasse genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
