House divided into 3 totally independent flats with shared swimming pool, just 1 km from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

Ideal for a quiet family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Very small and simple studio located on the first floor without lift. It has a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun, living room with TV and 1 double bed built into the wall. Kitchenette with all cooking utensils including cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. 1 renovated bathroom with shower.
Located in a very quiet area with swimming pool (open from May) shared by the 3 flats.
Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not allowed.
Pets accepted only on request and at an additional cost.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival.
- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair.
