House divided into 3 fully independent apartments with a shared pool, just 1 km from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

This apartment is located on the ground floor.
It has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun with views of the pool, a living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils including cutlery, pans, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
It features 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm), and 1 renovated bathroom with a shower. Located in a very quiet area with a pool (open from May onwards) shared by the 3 apartments. Bookings for young people under 35 years of age are not accepted. Pets accepted only upon prior request and at an additional cost. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost is 8 euros/person for sheets and 8 euros/person for towels. - Wifi is not included.
Cost is 7 euros per day, payable locally. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5, Llafranc.
