House divided into 3 fully independent apartments with a shared pool, just 1 km from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

This apartment is located on the first floor without a lift.
It has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with pool views, a living-dining room with a TV and direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen with all cooking utensils included, cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, and washing machine.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x180cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm), and 1 renovated bathroom with a shower. Located in a very quiet area with a shared pool (open from May) for the 3 apartments. Bookings by young people under 35 years of age are not accepted. Pets accepted only upon prior request and with an additional charge. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Llafranc, located at C/xaloc 5, Llafranc. Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adult), which is mandatory by the Catalan Government. Conditions for groups - In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 75 euros/person in cash must be paid to the agency.
This will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Celebrations and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.

Logement agréable dans un quartier calme. La piscine et la terrasse sont de véritables atouts pour cet appartement. L’accès au centre et aux plages est à 15-20 mn de marche. Le logement est assez mal équipé en ustensiles de cuisine (plat à four , bols, couteaux…).
