Cosy house with private swimming pool located in a quiet residential area only 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 10 people.

Outside area with garden and private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the swimming pool with beautiful mountain views, barbecue, outdoor shower, ping-pong table and parking.

Indoor area with living-dining room with TV, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. Consists of 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms.

Electric heaters optional and with supplement: 50 €/week.

Pets accepted only on request and with supplement.


- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.


- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair.


Groups of young people accepted only on request.

Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
