Cozy house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. An ideal house to enjoy a vacation with family or friends on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area with garden and private pool (8 x 4 m), large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches by the pool, with beautiful mountain views, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, ping-pong table, and parking.
Indoor area with living-dining room with TV, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and washing machine.
It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm), and 2 bathrooms. Optional electric heaters available for an extra charge: €50/week. Wifi included. - Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet. The deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer. - Bed linen and towels are not included.
Cost €8/person/bed linen and €8/person/towels. - Cot and high chair: €5/day/cot, €5/day/high chair. Groups of young people accepted only upon prior request. Regulations and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.

La casa en general es estupenda. Limpia, espaciosa, una terraza espectacular, piscina, barbacoa. Qué más se puede pedir.
Por decir algo, falta de espacio en el armario en la habitación con literas. En el baño, más soportes para toallas, considerando que un baño es para 6 personas. El que solo hubiese un juego de llaves de casa. Y en el comedor, solo había 8 sillas, cuando la casa es para 10. Pero no por ello deja de ser espléndida.

Wir haben die ruhige Lage der Villa sehr genossen. Es war ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Auftanken. Der nahegelegene Supermarkt machte die Lagerung von Lebensmitteln und anderen wichtigen Dingen unkompliziert, und der Golfplatz war ein fantastisches Extra für die Erwachsenen!

Ik was aangenaam verrast hoe schoon en goed onderhouden de accommodatie was. De locatie is ideaal voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een rustig uitje, maar het is maar een klein stukje rijden naar het strand. Een zeer handige keuze voor onze vakantie!
