It has an outdoor area with a private pool (8.5 x 4.5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant poolside breakfasts and lunches with nice mountain views, a barbecue, and parking space for 2 cars.

Supervised by a guard from the apartment annex. It has a living-dining room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker), 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.

Youth groups accepted only upon prior request. Youth groups accepted only upon prior request. Special regulations and deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150 per person for the house and €75 per person for the apartment must be paid.

This will be returned one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.

Parties and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.

In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without any right to reimbursement.
