Simple (prefabricated) house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar.
An ideal house for a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 6 people.
It features an outdoor area with a private pool (8.5 x 4.5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant poolside breakfasts and lunches with beautiful mountain views, a barbecue, and parking for 2 cars.
Supervised by a guard from the apartment annex.
It has a living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker), 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet.
The deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer.
Young groups accepted only upon prior request.
Regulations and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Parties and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.

Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten, sind Sie hier genau richtig! Die friedliche Umgebung und der wunderschöne Bergblick waren ein wahrer Genuss. Die Villa war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen!

Was für ein traumhafter Urlaub! Araceli liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben mehrere Familienessen auf der Terrasse genossen, und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Planschen im Pool. Die Nähe zum Golfplatz war ein zusätzliches Plus für die Erwachsenen!

Diese Unterkunft hat eine tolle Atmosphäre! Super gemütlich und geräumig, perfekt für ein entspanntes Wochenende. Der Pool ist großartig, besonders nach einem Tag am Strand. Nur eine kurze Autofahrt zum Strand und ein paar netten Cafés. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
