Simple house with private swimming pool located in a quiet residential area just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 6 people.
It has an outdoor area with private swimming pool (8,5 x 4,5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool with beautiful mountain views, barbecue and parking space for 2 cars. Supervised by a guard in the annex of the flat.
It has a living-dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine), 1 bedroom with double bed (135x 180cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Pets accepted only on request and with supplement. Groups of young people accepted on request only.

Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
