House with private swimming pool and beautiful sea views located in a quiet residential area only 5 km from the beautiful and quiet beach of Canyelles, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming villages of the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area of 700 m2 with private swimming pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfast and meals with beautiful sea views.
Indoor area of 200 m2 built on two floors: Lower floor with living room with satellite TV from where you can enjoy the wonderful sea and mountain views, open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), a single bedroom (bed 90 x 190) and a toilet. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (150x190cm), 3 bedrooms with beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
Heating optional and with supplement: (100 €/week).

- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival
- Heating: 22 euros/day
- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its crystal clear water. You can rent sunshades and sun loungers, as well as practise activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Youth group bookings accepted on request only.
Special rules and deposit for young people
A cash deposit of 150 €/person per house and 75 €/person per flat must be paid in cash. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. It is strictly forbidden to celebrate or make noise after 22:00h. In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any kind of refund.
