House with private pool and beautiful sea views located in a very quiet residential area, only 5 km from the beautiful and quiet Canyelles beach, 6 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Outdoor area of 700 m2 with a private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and lunches with beautiful sea views. Indoor area of 200 m2 built on two floors: Lower floor with living-dining room with satellite TV offering wonderful sea and mountain views, open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), a single bedroom (90 x 190 cm bed), and a toilet. On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (150x190cm), 3 bedrooms with single beds (90x190cm each), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Optional heating available for an additional charge: (€100/week).
Parking. Pets allowed upon request with a supplement of €35/week/pet.
The deposit for pets must be paid in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer. Bed linen and towels are not included.
Cost is €8/person for sheets and €8/person for towels. Wi-Fi is not included.
Cost is €7 per day, payable on arrival. Heating: €22/day. Cot and high chair: €5/day/cot, €5/day/high chair. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline waters.
You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as enjoy activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking.
You can also savor typical Mediterranean cuisine such as fish and paellas at the beachside restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. Group bookings for young people are accepted only upon prior request.
Special regulations and deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure, once the property has been verified to be in perfect condition.
Parties and noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of violation of any of these premises, the client will have to leave the property without any right to reimbursement. Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

Ganz großes Plus der Aussenbereich, der Pool und der Ausblick. Der Ausblick entschädigt für einiges!
Die Möbel, ganz besonders die Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.
Und die Reinigung..., es ist nur sauber was man auf den ersten Blick sieht. Der zweite Blick..., Naja!

La ubicación y la piscina son el pilar fundamental
Casa sin aire acondicionado y pasas un calor de muerte, no tiene ventiladores para todas las habitaciones. Los que hay son viejos.
Cubertería insuficiente para las 9 personas, además dos de cada modelo y tipo.
Por no tener no tenía recogedor, al barrer tenías que coger un cartón.
