Casa Eva is located in a unique enclave on the coast of Benissa, just 250 m from the cove Les Bassetes. Its proximity is such that with a short walk you can enjoy this cove that combines sand and rock with crystal clear and calm waters.

The cove is also home to the Club Náutico Les Bassetes, where you can practise water sports such as kayaking, sailing and diving. From this point you can also access the ecological promenade that borders the cove and offers marvellous views of the coast.

Both Benissa and the neighbouring towns of Moraira and Calpe are only a few kilometres away by car and offer a wide range of leisure, shopping, outdoor activities and restaurants. Casa Eva is a large, traditional style, multi-storey house with a capacity for 12 people, with 6 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other four with two single beds each, and 3 bathrooms with shower each. It also has two fully equipped kitchens with everything necessary to make you feel at home: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, crockery and glassware, as well as a washing machine; one of the kitchens is on the first floor and the other, an American kitchen, is in the lower part of the house, which joins a living-dining room with sofa and TV cabinet, dining table and glass doors with access to the terrace and pool and beautiful views of the sea.The main living-dining room is on the upper floor and has a fireplace surrounded by several armchairs and a TV table, a dining table with seating for six and a sideboard, and also has large windows and large glass doors giving access to a covered and glazed terrace, with a very large outdoor table, it is without doubt the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular open views to the sea and the coast all year round, protecting from the sun in summer and from the wind and cold in winter. Behind the covered terrace there is another uncovered terrace where you can enjoy 180 degree sea views where there is also another outside table if you prefer to eat outside.

The outside of the property has a large terrace with swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a pergola with a large table to accommodate all the inhabitants of the house, all designed so that they can enjoy a refreshing swim and lunch or dinner outdoors, surrounded by palm trees and native vegetation with stunning views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. At Casa Eva you will feel the closeness of the sea, the waves and the seagulls from every corner.
