Casa Eva is located in a unique enclave on the coast of Benissa, just 250 m from the cove Les Bassetes. Its proximity is such that with a short walk you can enjoy this cove, which combines sand and rock, with crystal clear and calm waters.


In addition, in the cove is the Club Náutico Les Bassetes, where you can practice water sports such as kayaking, sailing or diving. From this point you can also access the ecological promenade that runs along the coast.



Both Benissa and the neighbouring towns of Moraira and Calpe are just a few kilometres away by car and have a wide range of leisure, shopping, outdoor activities and restaurants.




Casa Eva is a large house, traditional in style and decorated down to the smallest detail. It is divided into three floors and can accommodate 12 people, with a total of 6 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other four with two single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, two fully equipped kitchens and a laundry room. On the upper floor there is a large living room with access to a covered terrace and an outdoor terrace, all with exceptional views of the Peñon de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea that surrounds it. On the lower floor of the house there is another living room with direct access to the swimming pool, barbecue area and wonderful terrace with different cosy corners where to sit or lie down.



At Eva house you will feel from every corner the closeness of the sea, the waves and the seagulls, it is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend your holidays at any time of the year.
