The flat, with Wi-Fi internet connection included and wooden beams, welcomes guests with a spacious living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, modern kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster; from the living room there is access through windows to the private covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining with a beautiful view of the lake; the flat also benefits from the small private back garden, ideal for families with children and pets. The flat continues with the bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The layout is completed by a loft area above the air-conditioned living room, where there is a double bed, drawers for clothes, a flat-screen TV, and a second additional bathroom with washbasin, bidet and WC. Inside the private garage there is also a small laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for sailing, fishing and all water sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno boasts a large and well-serviced lido that organises festivals and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Horse Riding Course, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and its famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, which is located in the beautiful Valle delle Cartiere (Valley of the Paper Mills), an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.
