Located just a few minutes from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, this accommodation will offer you your well-deserved rest without being too far away from urban centres that will allow you to have access to all the activities that you can do in the province of Málaga. Activities that in less than an hour's drive you can be enjoying, Caminito del Rey, the centre of Malaga with all its museums, restaurants and leisure businesses, the fantastic beaches of Marbella, Torremolinos and Malaga.
The access to the accommodation is asphalted road and you will have no problem driving your car to the access to it. Upon arrival, an automatic gate with remote control will open the doors to this fantastic accommodation where you can park your vehicle under a metal roof (max. 2 seats).
The exterior of the accommodation offers a very high level of privacy thanks to the peaceful gardens that border the perimeter of the accommodation, it also has a large swimming pool where you and the little ones can cool off in summer and next to the barbecue area and outdoor furniture you can enjoy the days, afternoons and evenings with the family. Outside there is also a laundry area with washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
At the entrance the accommodation offers a living-dining room divided or spaced by different sofas that will offer you a rest and create individual or couple areas to disconnect and rest without isolating yourself from the family. The fireplace area stands out, where you can enjoy the coldest days of winter with natural warmth and the light of the fire that will make you disconnect from everything on your holidays. The dining table is also a highlight of this space, so that the whole family can get together at lunchtime. You can also telework if you wish at a desk set up for this purpose.
The proximity of the kitchen to the living room makes it easy to prepare meals with the family. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need in kitchenware and small appliances and will not present any problems when it comes to making your lunches.
The accommodation is distributed on two floors, one at street level or ground floor, where as we have explained you will find the living room, kitchen and also a bedroom with double bed and a small covered outdoor terrace where you will have another small office for teleworking. This bedroom also has a wardrobe so that you can store your luggage in a tidy way. Next to the bedroom (not en-suite) there is a full bathroom with shower.
To access the first floor of the accommodation, there is a staircase from the living-dining room that leads to the upper bedrooms and a second bathroom with hydro-massage shower. These bedrooms with windows to the outside and a very minimalist decor are bright and spacious with both wardrobes to store your luggage safely.
