La vue depuis l'appartement, le silence et les randonnées proches.
Manque de prise dans la cuisine, une plinthe au mur dans la salle à manger serait utile pour éviter le haut des chaises et la peinture du mur.
La porte d'entrée n'est pas isolée, beaucoup de bruit intérieur quand les gens parlent dans la cage d'escalier.
La poche poubelle n'avait pas de lien pour fermée.
