Closed terrace of 23 m² with tap, appreciable when you return from the beach.

La proximité de la plage, la mer visible du matin au soir.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et confortable, en plus d’être joliment décoré.
L’hôte et sa famille sont adorables.

The apartment was clean and beautifully presented in emaculate condition. Had everything needed. Hosts were really friendly and even though we did not speak much French they were very helpful. Apartments location on the quiet beach front at Saint-Efflam was beautiful for walks and runs. Good access to local ammentities in Plestin-Les-Greves and Lannion. Would 100% book again.
Wifi would drop out of signal quite often which meant TV would not work and we had to use more roaming data. But otherwise perfect.
