Cozy 50 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the ground floor (1 low step to access to it) of a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, a short distance from the center of Florence.
The property is located a few meters from the Arno River and the Cascine Park, in an ideal area for walking or cycling, towards the center too. The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, a patio and includes private parking. The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe and clothes stand -LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, split A/C, TV, dining table.
There is a single pouf bed. - KITCHENETTE: 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka and Lavazza coffee machine. -BATHROOM: washing machine, shower, sink, bidet and toilet. -PATIO with table and chairs. OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, heating with heat pumps, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, high chair One parking space included (outdoor parking). The whole flat will be at your complete disposal. The apartment, despite being in the city, seems to be located in the countryside, surrounded by vegetable gardens and greenery.
It constitutes the ideal solution for walking or cycling, also towards the center of Florence.

Sehr großzügige und schöne Wohnung. Am Stadtrand gelegen, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn für Ausflüge in die Toskana. Ohne Auto in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, ist zu Fuß etwas weit, mit Mietrad oder Mietroller gut machbar. Ruhige Lage direkt am Arno. Zwei Bäder mit je einer Dusche, optimal für zwei Personen. -

appartamento è ampio, un grande box doccia, letto comodo e vicino al centro di Firenze che è raggiungibile anche con la T1 Molto frettolosa la presentazione, non ci ha aperto ne il gas ne acceso la caldaia (siamo a febbraio almeno una doccia calda) e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare... La tovaglia è ammuf...
