The half of the house is situated on a plot of around 730 m².
The house, about 150 m² in size, consists of a living room with flatscreen TV and sofas, an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine etc., as well as a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (each 180 x 200 cm, mattresses are continuous), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and the bathroom, with a shower and a bathtub. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue and parasol and offers a view of the garden, great relaxation.
Cot and high chair are available in the house free of charge.
Towels (9,00€/person), bed linen (16,00€/person) or a dog (5,00€/day + 25,00€ cleaning fee) can be booked additionally.
