First floor: - Shower room with toilet, - 1 double bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) Second floor: - 1 attic landing bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90x190cm) with a small sea view.
Parking is available in a paid car park nearby.

Emplacement idéal et logement fonctionnel propre.Deux bémols :La réfection de la toiture de la maison mitoyenne donc un peu de bruit dès tôt le matin (fin des travaux le jour de notre départ) et logement assez froid malgré le chauffage au rez-de-chaussée.

Le gîte est situé en plein de coeur d'Etretat, parfait pour visiter la ville et les falaises. Pour le stationnement, pas de difficultés pour stationner en fin de journée mais reste payant jusqu'à 19h.Le gîte est satisfaisant pour 4 personnes et est à proimité d une très bonne crêperie.

Séjour agréable à Etretat. Propriétaire sympa et réactive. Petit bémol: difficultés pour décharger la voiture , heureusement il est possible de se garer à 900m sans payer( adresse donnée par la propriétaire).Escalier un peu raide pour des enfants et des personnes âgées. Point positif: gîte situé près du centre et de la plage.
