This very nice house with all comforts and a garden is ideal for a stay by the sea with family or friends! Located in a quiet and pleasant environment, the house is only 400 meters from the D-Day beaches.
Combining the modern style with the old, this 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room with wood stove, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub.

The house : First floor: - Entrance with storage space leading to the living room. - Living-dining room with sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD player, sound bar, wood stove and a large dining area with a convivial table.
Firewood not provided. - Open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, ice maker and various kitchen utensils. - Separate WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: Spacious, it is composed of a double bed in 140 x 190 cm, a dressing room, desk and library. -Bedroom 2: Ideal for two children, it has a bunk bed, consisting of two beds with dimensions of 90 x 190 cm and an extra bed with dimensions of 90 x 190 cm. - A bathroom with a bathtub, a basin, a hair dryer.
Outside : - Garden of about 60 m² fully enclosed, located at the front of the house, is furnished with garden furniture and four chairs to enjoy a meal outside.
Electric barbecue, deckchairs, beach chairs and parasols are also available. - Free public parking in the street Nearby: The house is a 10-minute walk from the main local shops: restaurants, bars, stores, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, doctors...

Transportation : - Bus to Caen - Caen train station located 30 km away (36 min by car) - Caen-Carpiquet airport located at 30 km (36 min by car) Other remarks: The wood stove can be made available to tenants subject to daily maintenance (disclaimer to be signed on arrival).

Apart from one tiny detail (keys were missing from the key box when we arrived) which was dealt with in an excellent manner by Terre de Nacre concergerie, this was a perfect visit.

La Jeannette Endroit parfait pour visiter les plages de Normandie et Bayeux. Logement très bien décoré. Beaucoup de jeux et livres pour occuper petits et grands les soirées pluvieuses.
