Completely renovated fisherman's house for 4 people in the old town of Portocolom.
This charming, newly renovated (2020) house is located in the old town of Portocolom, near the Church and Son Jaume square.
Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious, exquisitely decorated white living room.
To one side is the kitchen with light blue cabinets, fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchenware.
At the back of the dining area is the bathroom with a shower, decorated in blue tones.
At the rear of the house are the two bedrooms: one with two two-meter-long bunk beds and another with a double bed.
Next to the bedrooms is the staircase leading to the upper terrace, where you will find a table for dining, covered by awnings, and an armchair area, ideal for spending the late afternoon and evening.

Es war eine einwandfreie Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, auf deutsch. Alles easy über WhatsApp. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Sterneschauen ein.
Das die Schlafzimmer nicht direkt belüftet werden konnten, über ein Fenster. Die Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren über den Betten haben es aber erträglich gemacht.
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung zum Genießen

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit sind top. Die Nachbarschaft total nett, immer Parkplatz gefunden, Supermarkt 40 Meter entfernt und netter Platz mit Restaurant gute 100 Meter entfernt.
