It is a spectacular 3-storey villa renovated in 2017 with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for a maximum capacity of 10 people. The house has heating and air conditioning throughout the house, two gas fireplaces, one in the dining room and one in the master suite, wifi internet connection, satellite TV and spa area with sauna and jacuzzi.



Access to the house through the middle floor and as soon as we cross the door we contemplate the spectacular views that we can enjoy from the living room of more than 50 square meters. In this same area we find the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room with two sofas and a large 105-inch television. The living room has large windows that can be fully opened to enjoy the sea breeze as if you were on the terrace. From the dining room we access two terraces; a covered side terrace ideal for mornings and afternoons as it is in the shade where you will find a large dining table, and a terrace over the pool with extraordinary views of the sea and from which you can see part of the east coast of the island. On this intermediate floor there are two double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with sea views, a complete bathroom and a toilet.



On the upper floor of the house there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a wonderful private terrace and a spectacular suite of more than 30 square metres with complete bathroom and living room. Both bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views.




On the lower floor of the house located, on the rocks, we find the infinity pool of 10 meters long located a few meters from the sea, a Spa area equipped with sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, a bathroom and a double bedroom with access to the outside.



On the rocks there is a private beach, a playground, a fish pond and a barbecue. There are 4 electric bicycles available to guests.
