Es Castellot Vell is a country house with over 250 years of history, renovated with the comfort of a modern home.
The house accommodates a maximum of 11 people and offers five double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as three bathrooms, two of them en-suite.
The house features WiFi internet connection and satellite television.
Access to the estate is via a beautiful path flanked by two large stone walls, leading to the front area of the house with the classic Mallorcan country house facade.
Through the main door, you enter a large hall.
To the left is the living room with a sofa, armchairs, and TV.
To the right is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a huge bathtub.
From the hall, you access the large kitchen with a pantry, renovated in rustic style and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The hall also provides access to the dining room with a large wooden table, a bathroom with a shower, and a small hallway leading to the three double bedrooms and the single bedroom.
A staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor, where the fifth and extra-large double bedroom is located, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The pool area, accessible from the dining room, is very spacious and fully equipped for a fantastic holiday.
In this area, you will find the private 10m x 5m swimming pool, umbrellas, sun loungers, a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa, a lovely wooden table with benches for dining, a gas barbecue, and a large lawn.
All of this is enhanced by a beautiful and relaxing panoramic view of the island's interior.

Viel Platz, jeder konnte sich auch einmal zurückziehen. Pool sehr sauber. Ausstattung mit Geschirr sehr gut.
Wir hätten mehr Info's über die Müllentsorgung gewünscht. Wir haben dann in Manacor Müllcontainer gefunden. Für den Abreisetag wäre es vorteilhaft, wenn 1 Müllbeutel für den Restmüll bei der Endreinigung entsorgt würde. So mussten wir morgens noch einmal nach Manacor fahren.
