Finca Sa Vinya is a lovely newly built house, completed in 2017, offering its guests 3 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2 of them en-suite), air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, and satellite television.
The house features a stone facade and Mallorcan-style shutters, giving it a classic exterior while boasting modern and highly functional interiors.
All rooms of this property are distributed on a single floor.
We enter the house through the main entrance into a spacious living-dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The living room has two comfortable sofas facing the television and a dining table topped with a lovely lamp.
This large living-dining area opens directly onto the outdoor terrace adjacent to the pool.
To the right of the dining area is the master suite, equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace overlooking the pool.
On the other side of the house are the other two double bedrooms with access to the terrace and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
At the rear of the house is the beautiful private pool with a waterfall, next to a spacious covered terrace furnished with a lovely dining table, and a natural grass area for children to play.
In the pool area, you'll find 6 sun loungers and a large umbrella.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sa Vinya. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und liegt mitten in der Natur. Ein Auto ist entsprechend notwendig.
Der grosse Pool direkt vor dem Haus war ein Highligt, das leicht salzige Wasser war im Mai aber noch ziemlich kalt.

Die Finca bietet für unsere Bedürfnisse die perfekte Raumaufteilung, Ausstattung und Lage. Ruhig, trotzdem in Reichweite der schönsten Strände und der Hauptstadt Palma.
Kleinigkeiten aufgrund der stetigen Vermietung sichtbar.
Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Uns hat die finca sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige negative was wir bemängeln müssen ist dass es in der Küche nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer oder andere Gewürze gab.
