Charming fisherman's house for 4 people, completely renovated in the old town of Portocolom.
This is a ground-floor apartment for 4 people, renovated in 2015, with all the comforts of a modern home and located in the old town of Portocolom.
The house has air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi internet access.
Upon entering the house from the street, you'll find a small living room with a comfortable sofa facing the television.
Through the living room, you access a spacious kitchen next to the dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchenware you might need.
The dining area is furnished with a table for 4 people.
Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes.
From the dining area, you access the main bathroom with a shower.
At the rear of the house, there is a lovely interior patio where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner under the shade of a beautiful awning that will shelter you from the summer sun.

Great location, friendly neighbourhood, very comfortable and well furnished house with 2 great showers, lovely outdoor courtyard, very good air conditioning and WIFi, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space.

Sauberkeit top, Aufteilung ungewöhnlich und besonders, zwei Terrassen, Lage im gewachsenen Ortsteil des schönen Portcolomb - nah am alten Fischerhafen, Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten und Handtüchern ausreichend, Kommunikation mit der Agentur schnell, hilfreich und freundlich.
