Adjacent to the living area, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The lower floor is situated below the main street and has direct access to a small jetty right on the seafront, one of the most photographed and iconic spots in this area of the island.
On this floor, you will find a double bedroom with incredible sea views, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and the laundry room. From the living-dining room, you can access the rooftop terrace, equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers.

Die hellen Räume, der wertige Fußboden passt zum Objekt. Die zwei Schlafbereiche „oben“ und „unten“ mit zwei Bädern und auch zwei Zugängen findet man nicht oft.
