Finca Son Nou is a beautiful, newly constructed house completed in 2017.
The house features 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite), air conditioning, WiFi internet connection, and satellite TV.
From the outside, it resembles a typical country house with its stone facade and Mallorcan-style shutters, but inside it is modern and very functional.
All rooms in this property are distributed on a single level.
The main entrance leads to the spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen (with stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
In the living room, there are two comfortable sofas and an armchair facing the television.
The dining area features a large square table seating 8 people.
The spacious living-dining room provides direct access to the outdoor terrace with a pool.
To the right of the living room, there is a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the terrace and pool, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the other side of the house are the other two bedrooms.
One double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Eine super schöne finca mit viel Platz . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte leider nicht, nach einem kurzen Anruf bei der netten Mitarbeiterin von fincamallorca kam sofort ein Installateur und hat den Geschirrspüler repariert.
Wir werden auf jedenfall diese finca noch einmal buchen .

Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Finca ist sehr schön. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr prompter Service bei Problemen. Nach 7 Tagen Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher und Reinigung der Bäder.
