Modern villa in Porto Cristo with beautiful sea views and capacity for 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Spectacular modern 3-storey house located in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cristo with beautiful sea views from almost every room. The house has luxury finishes, air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.
On the main floor, which can be accessed both internally from the lower floor and via a beautiful exterior staircase, we find a spacious living room with sea views equipped with a large sofa in front of the TV. The living room has access to two beautiful terraces. The main terrace, overlooking the port of Porto Cristo, where you will find the private swimming pool and the barbecue and a covered area equipped with a table for 8 people where you can have breakfast with sea views. The other terrace, situated next to the entrance and facing south and equipped with its corresponding furniture, also has marvellous sea views. Next to the dining room there is a small toilet. The kitchen, located next to the dining room, is very spacious and fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, pots, pans, paella pans, glasses, plates, cutlery. Finally, on the main floor, there is a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find the master suite with double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a wonderful terrace with fabulous views and equipped with its corresponding furniture. On this same floor there are also two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with wonderful sea views. On the ground floor of the house there is a large garage with capacity for several vehicles, a small toilet and the laundry room.
Outside Villa Es Falcons you will find everything you may need during your holidays, such as a beautiful private swimming pool at the front of the house with wonderful views of the sea and the marina, barbecue, covered terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers.
