This spacious 140 m² rural accommodation in Cártama, with capacity for 9 people and 4 bedrooms, offers you the perfect combination between the tranquillity of the countryside and the proximity to the city. With easy access from the Cártama motorway and only 20 minutes from the centre of Málaga, you can explore museums, monuments and entertainment venues, or venture to the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales. 🌆🛤️




The road to the accommodation is of compacted earth, suitable for most vehicles, although caution is advised if you drive a sports car. Nearby towns such as Cártama, Alhaurín el Grande and Coín are just a few minutes away, ideal for shopping or outdoor activities such as Barranco Blanco or Refugio de Juanar. 🚗🌳




Enjoy a private fenced swimming pool perfect for child safety, and an outdoor space with gas barbecue and furniture to take advantage of the Malaga sun from sunrise to sunset. The porch will give you views of the sunrise and the relaxing sound of the countryside, creating an ideal environment to unwind with family or friends. ☀️🍖



The interior features an entrance hall that welcomes you to a master bedroom with double bed and fireplace (subject to seasonal maintenance). The bright and well-equipped separate kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more. 🍳🍽️



The dining room separated from the living room allows for pleasant family moments without mixing atmospheres. From the living room there is access to two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other with a single bed plus an intimate loft with two single beds, accessible by a metal staircase (not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children). 🛏️🛋️



The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, heat pump heating, wifi, television, hairdryer and iron. You will also be able to park comfortably in the outdoor space within the fenced grounds. 🚿📶




The location also allows you to enjoy multiple attractions nearby: golf courses (Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf), theme parks, sandy and rocky beaches, water parks and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, all less than an hour's drive away. ✈️🏖️
