**Rural House in Cártama with Private Pool, Air Conditioning, and Quick Access to Málaga and Surroundings, Ideal for Enjoying the Countryside and Mountains with Family.** 🌄🏡
Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specializing in holiday rentals since 2005.
This spacious 140 m² rural accommodation in Cártama, with capacity for 9 people and 4 bedrooms, offers you the perfect combination of countryside tranquility and city proximity.
With easy access from the Cártama Highway and just 20 minutes from the center of Málaga, you can explore museums, monuments, and leisure venues, or venture towards the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales. 🌆🛤️ The access road to the property is compacted dirt, suitable for most vehicles, although caution is recommended if you are driving a sports car. In the surroundings, towns like Cártama, Alhaurín el Grande, and Coín are just minutes away, ideal for shopping or outdoor activities such as Barranco Blanco or the Refugio de Juanar. 🚗🌳 Enjoy a fenced private pool, perfect for child safety, and an outdoor space with a gas barbecue and furniture to make the most of the Málaga sun from dawn till dusk.
The porch will offer you sunrise views and the relaxing sound of the countryside, creating an ideal atmosphere to disconnect with family or friends. ☀️🍖 The interior features an entrance hall that welcomes you to a master bedroom with a double bed and a fireplace (subject to seasonal maintenance). The independent kitchen, bright and well-equipped, invites you to prepare delicious meals with all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and more. 🍳🍽️ The dining room, separate from the living room, allows for pleasant family moments without mixing environments.
The living room provides access to two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with a single bed plus an intimate loft area with two single beds, accessible by a metal ladder (not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children). 🛏️🛋️ The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, heat pump heating, Wi-Fi, television, hairdryer, and iron.
Additionally, you can conveniently park in the outdoor space within the fenced property. 🚿📶 The location also allows you to enjoy multiple nearby attractions: golf courses (Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf), theme parks, sandy and rocky beaches, water parks, and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, all within an hour's drive. ✈️🏖️ Book now to experience a rural getaway with all modern comforts and the magic of the Malagueño natural environment! 📅✨ As we do in all other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodations come with sets of towels and sheets.
We have cots and high chairs **upon request** for babies aged 0-2 years.
And all of this, absolutely FREE. Furthermore, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow for it. Other Highlights ★ CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES welcomes you! We are a short-term rental management agency offering carefully selected properties.
The company was founded in 2005 with the mission of offering a quality alternative.

From verified guest, Nov 2024
