The villa is furnished to a very high standard providing guests with a luxurious stay in the award-winning las Colinas Golf community.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed. **October-May the Pool can be heated upon request at time of reservation, the cost is an additional 20€ per night ***


The Space
As you enter the property thought a large entrance hall with spectacular views of the swimming pool. The hallway leads onto a large open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a superb breakfast bar. There are large windows across the back of the property. From the kitchen is secret door which leads to a utility room with washing machine. At the front of the villa is a master bedroom with wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. On the opposite side of the hallway are 2 bedrooms with a family bathroom also with a rainfall shower. Both these bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room also with fitted wardrobes.

There are a set of stairs that lead up to a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes, this large bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with walk a walk in shower. This bedroom leads out onto the, where you can relax in the jacuzzi.

On the subterranean level there is an additional bedroom with twin single beds.

On the outside, with direct access to the garden of the villa, there is a large pool, so you can enjoy the tranquillity and peace that a private pool allows. This Villa also offers sunbeds where you can lie and enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine

The villa has uninterrupted views over the golf course and hills. It is a high quality modern construction villa. It has all aspects of living in the countryside to the fullest due to the marvellous location in one of the best 18-hole golf courses of Europe, Las Colinas

The villa is located on Las Colinas Golf course, where you can book rounds of golf on this prestigious golf course. For a change of golf courses you are within a 5 minute drive to Campoamor. Las Ramblas and VillaMartin golf courses.

Please be aware that any arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a late meet and greet fee of 35€ which is paid locally upon arrival.
