The exclusive Villa Fiorita complex has six exclusive residential units, with independent entrances, set in one of the most beautiful gardens in the area.
Located just 800 meters from the beach of La Cinta, it offers:
- barbecue for the exclusive use of each apartment
- free wifi
- washing machine
- bathroom with shower
- entirely enclosed garden
- outdoor shower
- provision of two deck chairs
- private parking space
- ceiling fan
We like it because, included in the quotas:
- consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) and first supply of bed linen and towels
Your four-legged friends are welcome,a supplement of €50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.
COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment.
The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card. Additional optional services on request to be paid locally - Pets: €50 per stay. - change of bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change. - Extra bed not available - Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment). - Child seat per table : €3 per day. - For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 00h00 supplement of € 25, if not warned and after 00h00 possibility of entry only the following day.

Wir waren im Obergeschoss des 6-Parteien-Hauses untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet - es war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und Strand sowie Zentrum von San Teodoro sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Everything was good, great location, nice terrace:) there are lounges, two sunbathe on!
Host was very responsive and kind:)
However, you should know there's nothing in the house (no sold and anything extra) and you have to pay for towels and bed sheets. :)
