Discover the pearl of the Emerald Coast: Cancale! In the heart of a quiet area, this charming house can accommodate 4 travellers and will be the ideal base for your getaway.
Ideally located near the shops and only 5 minutes from the sea, you will have a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an umbrella bed, a shower room, as well as a private terrace facing south! Sheets and towels are provided. The accommodation With a surface area of 52 m², the house is as follows: Day area on the ground floor: - Living room with sofa bed (2 beds), TV, bluetooth speaker. - Equipped kitchenette open to the living room: oven, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area with table for 4 people. - Bathroom with shower, WC, hair dryer. Upstairs sleeping area, accessible by stairs: - Attic room with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and an umbrella bed. Outside: - Private terrace of 25 m² facing south, and furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and two deckchairs.
The terrace is not overlooked, thanks to the hedges. Nearby - Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes at 4 min by car: Intermarché with petrol station, bakeries, tobacco shops, post office, florist. - Cancale at 5 min by car : Super U with petrol station, bakery, tobacco, the port with its restaurants and oyster beds, market... Activities - Hiking on the GR34. - The Pointe du Grouin, St Coulomb... - 10 minutes from Saint-Malo, 20 minutes from Dinard, 40 minutes from Mont St Michel, and 30 minutes from Dinan (medieval town). Transport - Two numbered parking spaces.
Outside parking secured by a code barrier.
Accessible for all types of vehicles. - Bus, taxi... - Saint-Malo SNCF train station 20 minutes away by car. - Pleurtuit-Dinard airport 25 minutes away by car. Für 4 Personen ungeeignet, da noch nicht einmal ein Bett für sie vorhanden. Extrem steile,enge Treppe in den Schlafbereich unter dem Dach. Kaum mit Koffer zu bewältigen. Sehr kleines Fenster, daher sehr warm. Kein Licht am Bett, kein Licht an der Treppe. Sofa im Wohnzimmer völlig durchgesessen. Terrasse ungepflegt

Le Cocon Cancalais "Le sèche cheveux a rendu l'âme et l'hôte nous en a ramené un neuf en quelques heures. Très réactive et sympathique.
Comme déjà lu dans les autres commentaires, le sommier grince dès qu'on se tourne, c'est vite dérangeant.
Logement assez bien situé proche de Cancale et bien aménagé."
