We welcome you to Léon, a small warm coastal village nestled between forest and ocean, just 8km from the beaches of Moliets.
You will enjoy swimming in the lake as well as the various water activities on offer, the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve and its exceptional natural environment, the cycle paths for easily and safely exploring, the various shops and the summer market as well as the calm and tranquility offered by the place.
A pleasant stay 400m from the lake to discover all year round with family or friends! Villa Bel Air is located in a quiet residential area. It benefits from a fully enclosed private garden of 500m² with a large covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Arranged on one level, it includes: a living room with lounge (TV), dining room and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) can be provided on request. Out of season, electric heating is offered as a fixed price. Beyond an animal consult us.

Acceuil chaleureux de la proprietaire,le gite est trés bien equipé très calme ,et a proximité de tout,vacances très reposantes pour la deuxieme année dans le coin ,rien ne manque sauf des vacances en plus pour profiter de tout ceci...

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, gîte très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse couverte, très bien situé dans la ville, proche du marché et des commerces, à 10 mn à pied du lac, de sa plage et ses activités. Piste cyclable proche du gîte pour se ballader en direction de SOUSTON et de son lac, de Capbreton...

Gîte parfait conforme aux photos, bien située. Maison mal isolée, obligé de mettre du chauffage matin et soir ce qui m'a engendré un surcoût électrique, (65€) pour 2 alors que le logement est pour 6, sachant que nous notre séjour c'est terminé 1 journée avant.
