We offer a top-quality stay on the coast, close to the beaches and the lakes of Aureilhan and Sainte Eulalie.
This rental is attached to the owners' secondary residence.
It is bright and modern and features a swimming pool (12m x 6m, maximum depth 1.50m), a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and a playground. This single-story apartment comprises: a living room (sofa bed with 4 seats, convertible to a 160cm mattress) with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, American-style fridge, oven, microwave), a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), a second bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm and a 140x190cm bunk bed above the double bed), a shower room (walk-in shower), a toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Air conditioning (reversible) in the living room and bedrooms. Ideal for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children due to the bunk beds (not suitable for adults). For your comfort, bed linens, household linens, and towels are provided, as well as Wi-Fi (high-speed fiber optic). The property is fenced, and you have a private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle.
The outdoor recreational equipment is shared with the owners, who may occasionally use their vacation home on the property.
Baby equipment is available upon request free of charge: high chair, changing mat, travel cot, potty, and step stool. An electric vehicle charging point is also installed.

Un séjour des plus agréables dans un cadre arboré en pleine nature, avec une grande piscine, de confortables transats et un barbecue au gaz.Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et sympathiques.Les ustensiles de cuisine et l équipement sont neufs et propres, de même que le reste du gîte.Je recommande cette adresse.

Tout est pensé pour le confort des hôtes dans ce beau gîte où rien ne manque. A savoir toutefois si l’on recherche la solitude et l’absence de voisinage : la maison des propriétaires (souvent absents) se trouve dans le même corps de bâtiment.
