Are you looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay (attic apartment) in Cottbus? We are renting out a cozy, family-friendly, and lovingly renovated vacation apartment.

It is designed for families and groups of up to 6 people. The apartment is located in a nature-close, quietly situated wooded area.

It is in the immediate vicinity of the city of Cottbus, the Cottbus Ostsee (East Lake), and also the Spreewald. It has a separate entrance and features its own roof terrace, 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds, and a double bed in the open living area.

Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Furthermore, it boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, an electric fireplace, and a newly renovated bathroom with a washer-dryer. Additionally, the apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix is also available.

For our younger guests, there is also a lovingly furnished children's play corner. Our guests can share the entire garden.

In the garden, there is a table tennis table and an electric grill. The apartment is equipped with installed smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. Fans are available in every room.

Netflix and Disney+ can be used.

A travel crib (baby bed) and 2 booster seats are also available free of charge.

Loud parties are not permitted!!! Cozy, quiet, and reasonable celebrations are allowed as long as the house rules are observed.
